I purchased a LonelyScreen license more than a week ago, but still have not received a key from them. So the embarassing popup about buying a subscription keeps popping up when I am showing IPad screens on my laptop. I have sent 3 emails to their support over the past week, but still have not received a reply. They have no phone contact info, so I am stuck with this problem with nowhere to turn. I can't even get my money back. What kind of a software operation is this?
Could not get it to work on W 11.
I've been using this app since lockdown started and has worked great BUT when I needed to revert my system back to Windows 10, I had to reload it and had forgotten my passcode. I stopped payment for the subscription and started a new subscription in hopes of getting a new passcode key. They have yet to send me the key via email. It's been over two months now, and the little reminder to buy the app keeps popping up during my class--I am a tenured college professor, and it looks unprofessional to my students when this happens. What's the point of paying for it if this keeps happening??? They need to get on this ASAP. It's bad for them to see that their followup to paying subscribers is slow.
